The culinary enthusiast in your group takes full advantage of the professional-grade kitchen, sizzling gourmet meals to perfection on the expansive commercial griddle. Outside, skiers carve fresh powder and herds of deer move across the slopes, framed by expansive plate-glass windows.
When it’s game time, a touch of a button reveals a stunning 16-foot high-definition screen that drops down from above, instantly transforming the space into a private sports bar or theater. Meanwhile, others lounge in the 8-person hot tub, frozen drinks in hand, enjoying front-row views of the mountain — and they won’t miss a moment of the action, thanks to a 50″ LED kitchen TV visible from outside and a crystal-clear outdoor speaker system.

The dining room table and the Hibachi island griddle seat up 16 people. The outside deck with custom glass railings and sunken-in living room are both down a step from each other and two steps from the kitchen in order to maximize the unobstructed sight lines of the great outdoors.
No matter where you stand or sit, you enjoy a spectacular view from the top floor of the skiers and deer outside. The sunken living room and raised island seating behind it are designed so that your entire group can gather to enjoy video games, karaoke, home movies, streaming movie services or a sporting event on the giant theater screen together.
Fun for Teens and Children

On the top floor, the adults can relax while the teens enjoy their own high-tech gaming theater below. The space features a brand-new pool table and shuffleboard table, along with a state-of-the-art, high-definition Dolby DTS surround sound system for an immersive experience.
The theater is connected to Cable TV, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Fire TV Cube for streaming. There’s also a Nintendo Switch dock available for guests who want to bring their own Switch and play on the big screen. Each gaming system comes with multiple wireless controllers, so groups can play together on the large 12-foot screen.
To make bedtime easier, all six bedrooms are equipped with TVs and Fire TV Sticks, allowing everyone to unwind with their own shows or movies. The first floor is designed with families in mind, providing a peaceful space for early risers to enjoy the game room while others sleep. We also added a kitchenette and coffee maker so mom and dad can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee with the kids without waking the rest of the house. Additionally, we’ve included a Nugget Fort Couch, perfect for children and families to build forts or cozy up together during movie time.
