Booking policies
Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on cancellations. Travel and life can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend that all groups purchase travel insurance. This would best protect your group in the event of a necessary cancellation.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your reservation deposit is the $750 deposit you paid online which is applied towards your total stay. Your security deposit, which you are also responsible for is the $800 hold on your card and released within 14 days if the house was left in the condition in which it was received.
We suggest you bring your own games. Some games are currently in the home – however , sometimes the games we provide are accidentally misplaced or taken and therefore we ask that you bring your own.
Lakeview Luxe has key code access and the password will be provided to you prior to your stay.
We provide a Keurig & Keurig Pods, We also have a traditional coffee pot. We suggest that you bring your own coffee filters. Many of our tenants have left behind loads of coffee filters, however it is not provided by us and is not guaranteed to be there.
If you would like to use the golf cart you need to first fill out the Golf Cart Release Form and mail it to us.
